Just found out we will be performing in the early fall at an amazing venue- the Gallo Center for the Arts in Modesto, CA. Super psyched for this, which will be August 31, 2012 !

What a crazy week this has been. The show at Rasella's celebrating the release of Road Warrior was awesome, lots of friends and music fans there and the band sounded great. Was a tremendous night and one I will never forget. Thanks to all who came out and supported!!
The CD / album is now out on CD Baby, itunes, napster, amazon, most digital stores, and my favorite website: bandcamp! Now the work of promoting really begins. I am excited and optimistic about the future of this project!
The latin jazz/ salsa website /blog Solar Latin Club produces a yearly compilation album of new latin jazz/salsa , and "Vamanos Pa'l Monte" was selected for the album- excited to get word of Dharma out to people worldwide with this!

Well, I thought the tracking was finished- ha,ha. I decided to add two more songs to the CD- my arrangement of the jazz standard "Footprints" ( Wayne Shorter) and my friend and trombone superstar Steve Davis's "The Slowdown". Today we tracked the Rhythm section and bone for these, and it went very well. Carlos Caro, Omar Ledezma, Sam Bevan, and Andy Nevala laid it down and I am excited to add the horns to the mix!
